Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) is a rare autoimmune condition associated with Graves’ disease and other thyroid disorders. TED causes inflammation and remodeling of tissues around the eyes, which can result in:

• Eye bulging (proptosis)
• Eye pain or pressure
• Double vision
• Light sensitivity
• Redness and swelling
• Changes in appearance and vision

TED can progress unpredictably and may require both medical treatment and long-term monitoring.
